Safety
We are very safety conscious at Beechwood and we have a comprehensive safety policy available for inspection. Our risk assessments are constantly reviewed.
Being around horses requires a certain code of behaviour to keep you and the horses safe and happy. While we do not lay down hard and fast rules at Beechwood, riders are taught the best and safest way to behave when handling and riding horses. For safety reasons we ask people to wear suitable clothing and footwear at all times.
We have riding hats of the current safety standard for hire for the 'unhatted' beginner and some boots for loan. Please check requirements when booking.
